Raw cacao meets naturally-grown ginger grown in Lai Chi Wo creates a blend of natural spicy and sweet flavour in this rich chocolate drink. Raw cacao has a higher nutrition value and a richer flavour than the processed variety. Ginger can be used to disperse cold and to warm the stomach.
It is grown for 10 months using an eco friendly farming method in the unpolluted hidden gem of Hong Kong named Lai Chi Wo. After harvesting, ginger is sun-dried before making our products. In the process of sun-dried, farmers need to turn over each ginger slices constantly until it is dried thoroughly. It is worth putting efforts in the man-power and time consuming process because the fragrance it gives is extraordinary.
