我哋呢款本地薑人手新鲜製作,係用左日本綿白糖 法國cream 牛油慢火焦化而成 焦化程度只能靠經驗 加上慢火焗大粒美國原粒杏仁 馬達加斯加雲尼拿油製成

拖肥糖(太妃糖)炒起後要趁佢熱辣辣唔注意既時候定形切割 所以只可以一底底做 如果唔係佢一硬就會切到散曬 之後再要密封5日等佢變得酥鬆 成個步驟非常考經驗完全係粒粒辛苦

炒糖首先係慢火加熱 融合所有材料 然後 快火揮發水份 後面再轉中火等糖焦化 中間全程要攪 唔可以停 唔可以熄火 唔可以走開

每炒一次大概 30到45分鐘,炒到手瓜起展

我哋每次以少量製作,控制火候,務求每一粒都做到到咁好食!

呢款拖肥糖有別於我哋由細食到大嘅樂家,對我嚟講比see's更好食!

原因係,我鍾意食甜品但唔鍾意太甜!好鍾意焦糖但又怕太癡口!食一兩粒酒已經非常漏!

呢一隻好簡單-杏仁炒得啱啱好,夠香但又唔會燶,拖肥香脆唔會漏!絕對會不停1粒接1粒!係必定要試吓嘅手工零食
